Service process

• Clients must provide accurate design files, specifications, and details for printing. Any errors in submitted files (such as incorrect dimensions, low-resolution images, or spelling mistakes) are the client’s responsibility.
• We offer design assistance and proofing services upon request. However, once the final proof is approved, we are not responsible for any errors in the printed banners.

Printing & quality assurance

• We use high-quality printing technology and materials to ensure excellent results. However, slight variations in color and material texture may occur due to production processes.
• If a defect or printing issue is caused by our process, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, such as reprinting or modifying the design.

Turnaround time & delivery

• Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the time of inquiry, but they may vary based on workload, banner size, and complexity.
• We will notify clients of any potential delays, but we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery schedules.

Intellectual property & copyright

• Clients must ensure they have the rights to use any images, logos, or graphics submitted for printing. We do not take responsibility for copyright violations.
• All designs created by our team remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. Clients may not reproduce or distribute our designs without permission.

Modifications & cancellations

• Any request for modifications must be submitted before final approval for printing. Once a design is approved, no changes can be made.
• Cancellations must be requested before printing begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.

Limitation of liability

• We strive to deliver high-quality printing services, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from printing errors, design mistakes, or delivery delays.
• Clients should carefully review proofs and specifications before giving final approval.
